    When i bought a song from Itunes I try adding it into windows movie maker but it says that i haven't installed the right codec. Plus theres a locked symbol on the top left of the song.

    You bought the song on Itunes, therefore, you can only listen to it on your Itunes. Thank Apple and DRM for this, they locked the file so you need the license to play it.

    fucking hte itunes. i should have just bought the album from hmv. how do i get the lisence?

    Do what I do and don't bother with those such digital distribution companies. Buy your music the old fashioned way and use CDs. I don't like these kind of things as they find a way to screw you out of what you payed for.

    Yeah it's more like you are just renting the music..it's getting that way with games now as well.

    There actually is a way to convert it form the itunes format to mp3 but i cant remember how

    Macintosh :D

    There is this thing called Apple Macintosh... You can convert stuff into GarageBand and then export it to mp3... If you can't just pm me or sumtin and i will do it since i got a mac :)

    Apple software running under windows sucks, it always fucks up windows. It only works correctly on a mac.

    But I got a mac! so I can do it!
